About the Role

We're looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Automotive Sales Performance Specialist to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in optimizing sales team performance, driving revenue growth, and ensuring we consistently exceed our targets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and maximize headcount ROI.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to set ambitious yet achievable targets and track progress towards goals.
  • Provide insightful reports and presentations that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable recommendations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team by identifying training needs and implementing effective solutions.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of success in optimizing sales performance within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A creative problem-solving approach and a passion for driving results.
  • Experience within the automotive industry is beneficial but not essential.
