Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trading Standards Officer to join our team at Stirling Council.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing consumer protection and fair trading legislation, providing advice and guidance to businesses and consumers, and supporting officers in their trading standards qualification journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the effective delivery of the Regulatory Service and make a positive impact on our local communities.

The role will involve working on a hybrid basis, with a mix of home working and office working.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for children and adults.
