Job Title: Paid Media Ads SpecialistWe're looking for a high-performing senior team lead to help build and run a team of optimisers who will be responsible for the running and success of our clients' campaigns across DSPs such as Facebook and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimise digital performance campaigns on Social Media Marketing: Facebook, Instagram, Google etc.
- Work closely with the Account Management team to communicate with and manage our clients on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Optimization to ensure maximum campaign performance for the maximum margin.
- Handle and monitor campaign budgets.
- Proven track record of increasing the performance on advertising campaigns and meeting clientele exceeding expectations.
- 5+ years' experience working with an agency running multiple campaigns.
- 2+ years of running a high-performing ad ops team or 3+ years in a Senior ops position.
- Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok advertising.
- An deep understanding for running programmatic.
- Digital advertising expertise with a commercial mindset.
- Keen attention to detail and process-driven approach; driving operational efficiencies across the business.
- Experienced working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial organization.
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentational.
- Performance-driven, high analytical, strong commercial mindset with organizational and project management skills.
