This role is perfect for someone who is incredibly organised, highly analytical, comfortable with customer communication, and happy to work remotely most of the time. Key Responsibilities:

  • Run and optimise paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn) campaigns, with a focus on paid search
  • Analyse data, form hypotheses, and execute experiments
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking set-ups in Google Tag Manager
  • Work with the design team to conceptualise, create, and optimise landing pages
  • Stay up-to-date with paid search updates and marketing trends
  • Interact with clients when necessary

Requirements:



  • Must be UK-based, within 1-hour commutable distance of Central London
  • Must have at least 3 years of Google Search Ads experience, ideally in a B2B environment. Experience with paid social would be advantageous but not essential
  • Must be organised. This role will involve a lot of moving parts, so being organised and detail-oriented is crucial
  • A strategic mindset with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A great sense of humour, if you're very straight-laced, this isn't the company for you
  • Be a team player - workflows ebb and flow, and we'd like someone who is ready to pitch in
