Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our distributors, contractors, and end-users to promote ARDEX products and services.
  • Provide technical sales support to our customers and partners, including product training and demonstrations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on trade sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
