- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our distributors, contractors, and end-users to promote ARDEX products and services.
- Provide technical sales support to our customers and partners, including product training and demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
- Proven sales experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on trade sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
