About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Store Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, taking an active interest in their projects and providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our product lines and services, enabling you to offer tailored solutions and recommendations to customers.
  • Assist with preparing customer orders, loading and unloading vehicles, and maintaining stock levels to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
  • Inspect incoming deliveries, reporting any missing or damaged products to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Prioritize health and safety, demonstrating a proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements
  • Previous industry experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • A valid driving license with fewer than 6 points.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A health and safety focus, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
