About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team as a Deputy Team Lead in Community Nursing. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leading a team of healthcare professionals and providing high-quality patient care in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Community Nurses in providing patient care and support in the community
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and reviews to ensure patient needs are met
  • Collaborate with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior staff members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current UK NMC registration
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience at band 5 Community Nurse level
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of current policies, procedures, and guidelines in Community Nursing
