About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our construction team in North Nottinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and directing the site team, ensuring the safe and effective management of all operational activities across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work is carried out with consideration for the local community and the general public.
- Manage, supervise, and mentor the site team to ensure optimal performance.
- Promote cost-conscious management through efficient use of resources.
- Prepare, review, and update realistic project schedules.
- Ensure method statements and risk assessments are properly prepared, reviewed, briefed, and updated.
- Provide all "as constructed" records to the CDMC for inclusion in the Health and Safety File promptly after project completion.
- Attend all necessary training related to site management duties, including appointed person and temporary works training.
About You:
- Recognised Civil Engineering or Site Management qualifications
- Health, Safety, and Environmental Management certification (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate)
- CSCS Site Manager certification (minimum)
- First Aid at Work certification
- Experience in the Water/Waste Water Treatment Industry
- Experience in deep excavation and civil construction
