Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage customer inquiries (both internal and external)
  • Generate leads through targeted market analysis
  • Maintain accurate records and manage data effectively
  • Oversee OEM accounts remotely
  • Handle Key accounts remotely
  • Prepare service and maintenance quotes
  • Generate reports
  • Update databases and utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Keep end-users informed about the status of deliverables

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities

  • Previous sales experience
