as an assistant culinary leader at wagamama, you will aid the management team in overseeing all facets of our kitchen operations, adhering to the wagamama standards. embodying our people promise + values through your daily actions, you will be responsible for maintaining the excellence of our dishes, managing stock levels, and various kitchen processes. you will assist the management team in developing and mentoring the culinary team, ensuring they remain engaged, motivated, and aligned with wagamama's expectations. if you are an aspiring kitchen leader looking to advance your culinary career, this opportunity may be ideal for you.
