We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to contribute to our esteemed team. This role involves working closely with a small group, performing hands-on tasks such as cleaning, laundry management, and collaborating with the Concierge team, alongside some administrative responsibilities.

The Housekeeping Assistant is expected to deliver outstanding customer service and care to all residents and clients, adhering to established service standards and protocols. A proactive and engaged attitude is essential to maintain the high cleanliness standards expected in our environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a superior level of cleanliness in all communal areas of the building.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all cleaning tasks, ensuring both front and back of house areas are kept to the highest standards.
  • Keep a comprehensive daily log of incidents, resident requests, and shift transitions.
  • Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and integrity while representing Clarges Mayfair.
  • Adhere to departmental safety and security protocols to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.

Shift Pattern

Working hours include shifts from 07:30 to 16:00 and 09:00 to 21:00, with 12-hour shifts rotating between these times.

Key Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Proficient level of English communication.

Individual Specifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a five-star environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
