**Systems Administrator**

Principle Cleaning Services are looking for a permanent Window Cleaning Specialist Administrator, who will be based at our Head Office in Stratford, London.

The role will be 40 hours per week, with the need for flexibility due to the nature of the role and industry.

**Summary of Main Responsibilities and Activities**
- Liaise with teams on a daily basis and build strong relationships based on customer focus and care.
- Liaise with clients as required.
- Create and ensure best administrative practice and bring synergies between Vertical and Specialist Divisions.
- To deal with any ad-hoc requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Assisting managers with preparing and inputting payroll on a monthly basis

Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the service, with compliance to industry standards and in line with health and safety legislation and requirements.
- Assist with monthly reports.
- Assist with HR matters as needed including payroll entry and queries.
- Prepare site packs for the Vertical Team and ensure information is kept up to date.
- Deal with access permit requests.
- Audit, review and update Health and Safety documentation.
- Create one-off workbills as required.
- Work with the aim to increase profitability of the division.**Skills Requirements**:

- Ideal to have some knowledge of the Work at Height Industry and be an excellent administrator with very good commercial aptitude.
- Hardworking and trustworthy who takes pride in their work.
- Able to adapt well to any working environment, follow procedures and guidelines and have very good communication skills.
- Work well under pressure.
- Conscientious, honest, punctual and extremely reliable.
- Work well as a team member or independently, enthusiastic and willing to be versatile with changing priorities.
- Excellent organisation skills, competent in I.T. i.e., Google docs. And to be able to present new ideas and methods, using your own initiative in order to maximise the level of services and innovations.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
