Job Title: Residential End-of-Tenancy Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and experienced end-of-tenancy cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning services, you will be responsible for ensuring that rental properties are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for incoming tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough top-to-bottom deep cleaning of rental properties, excluding ceilings
  • Clean cupboards and drawers from inside and out, including tops
  • Deep clean kitchens and bathrooms, including appliances and surfaces
  • Clean and sanitize fridges, ovens, washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers
  • Clean internal windows, blinds, and doors
  • Scrub and disinfect all relevant surfaces
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in end-of-tenancy or deep cleaning
  • English language proficiency
  • Knowledge and experience in carpet cleaning preferred
  • In-depth understanding of cleaning supplies and chemicals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Must own and maintain personal cleaning equipment/supplies
  • Must have own reliable transportation
Working Conditions:
  • Part-time / Full-time position with various shifts from 4 - 8 hours
  • Pay range: £12.50-£20.00 per hour
  • Compensation for the use of own cleaning supplies & equipment
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend work available
