Job Title: End of Tenancy Cleaner

Job Type: Part-time

Location: Remote ( flexible schedule)

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced end-of-tenancy cleaner to join our team at DevFinders. As an end-of-tenancy cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services to ensure rental properties are always in pristine condition for tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough top-to-bottom deep cleaning, excluding ceilings
  • Clean cupboards and drawers from inside and out, including tops
  • Deep clean kitchens and bathrooms, including appliances and surfaces
  • Clean and sanitize fridges, ovens, washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers
  • Clean internal windows, blinds, and doors
  • Scrub and disinfect all relevant surfaces

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-of-tenancy or deep cleaning
  • Knowledge and experience in carpet cleaning preferred
  • In-depth understanding of cleaning supplies and chemicals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Must own and maintain personal cleaning equipment/supplies
  • Must have own reliable transportation

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay rate: £12.50-£20.00 per hour
  • Compensation for the use of own cleaning supplies & equipment
