Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process and NPI Project Engineer to join our team at STR Group. As a key member of our industrialization team, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and compliant production.
  • Develop and implement new assembly procedures and tooling to support the introduction of new products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and validate contract documentation, including drawings and bill of materials.
  • Design and procure tooling and equipment to meet development and production plans.
  • Develop and implement build specifications for new and existing products.
  • Analyze and improve production processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Engineering.
  • Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001/TL9000, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Knowledge of HSE, PUWER, LOLER, and HSE Regulations.
