This is a great role for an individual with a year or more experience in office administration to take the next step into a dynamic company that offers training and progression opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and be able to provide administrative support to the team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Front of House Reception Duties: Greeting clients, managing the reception area, and ensuring a professional first impression.
  • Meeting and Greeting Clients: Providing a warm welcome to clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Diary Management: Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance to the team, including responding to emails, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Event Planning: Coordinating internal and external meetings, arranging boardroom lunches and refreshments, and ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
