As a Service Advisor at Renault UK, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Communication: Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive service, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Service Coordination: Manage service telephone, email, and walk-in enquiries, ensuring that all customer needs are identified and met.
- Workshop Management: Facilitate the efficient operation of the Service department workshop, booking work accurately and gathering and sharing relevant information with the team.
- Customer Feedback: Continuously seek to improve customer service feedback by identifying service improvement opportunities within the aftersales department and sharing any customer feedback with the management team.
- Retention and Upselling: Maintain knowledge of retention products and services, upselling where appropriate to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Focus: The successful candidate will be responsible for creating customer confidence in the aftersales operation by taking ownership of every customer's experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organization and prioritization skills to schedule work effectively, balancing the needs of the customer and the capacity of the workshop.
- Technical Awareness: Good technical awareness or understanding of vehicles and components is desirable, but not essential.
- Team Player: Flexible team player able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support aftersales team during busy periods.
The hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm on a rota basis. Salary: £21,000 to £24,000 per annum plus commission OTE £31,000 to £34,000 per annum. Salary is subject to experience.
