Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective and compassionate nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
- Provide mentorship and support to colleagues, promoting positive teamwork and a culture of excellence.
- Observe, record, and report all service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided.
Requirements
- Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
- Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation.
- A positive attitude, with a natural ability to care for and support others.
- A commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
