About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a confident and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team at Hawkstone, a specialist residential service in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding healthcare and making a positive difference to the lives of the individuals we support.

You will work full-time, 42 hours a week, 12-hour shifts, and be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge.

Your Key Responsibilities
