About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reservations Management: Manage and process reservations, including taking bookings, amending and updating bookings as required, and maximizing revenue through upselling.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the reception team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth operation of the front desk.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Knowledge of Hospitality Industry: Have a solid understanding of the hospitality industry, including hotel operations, customer service standards, and revenue management.
