Position Overview

Are you a dedicated Child Welfare Specialist with a passion for supporting families?


We are currently in search of a skilled and empathetic Child Welfare Specialist to become a vital part of our organization. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of child welfare practices, alongside exceptional communication abilities and a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of children and their families.


Randstad Care is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join our team focused on child welfare. This role offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Social Worker within the UK
  • Degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification
  • Registered with the relevant social care authority
  • Current DBS clearance/Enhanced DBS

Key Responsibilities:

  • ? Assessment: Carrying out evaluations to identify the needs and risks encountered by children and families, considering their social, emotional, and physical health.
  • ? Intervention: Crafting and executing intervention strategies tailored to the unique requirements of children and families.
  • ? Monitoring and Review: Continuously assessing and reviewing the progress of children and families.
  • ? Documentation: Keeping precise and current records of assessments, interventions, and progress reports, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
