Job Summary

Venari Legal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced solicitor to join our team as an In House Employment Solicitor. As a key member of our employment law team, you will be responsible for managing volume employment tribunal litigation and providing expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee volume litigation, including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
  • Work closely with our employment team and clients' in-house legal function to deliver a first-class service
  • Take ownership of key requirements and transactions, giving you direct responsibility for core and high-profile aspects
  • Support more junior team members and demonstrate best practice in effectively handling litigation
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring high-quality focused services

Requirements

  • Strong employment tribunal experience and knowledge of employment law
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and operate with independence
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality services and developing personally and professionally
