About the Role

Conekt Legal is partnering with a leading commercial law firm to recruit a senior associate into their leading real estate practice.

The Opportunity

As a senior associate within the commercial property practice, you will be required to lead on a broad range of complex and high-value commercial property transactions, liaise with clients, and work with the Partners to develop new client relationships and shape the future direction of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on complex and high-value commercial property transactions
  • Liaise with clients and develop new client relationships
  • Work with Partners to shape the future direction of the practice
  • Mentor and develop junior solicitors within the team
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor - Scotland/England & Wales
  • 5 years PQE gained focusing on commercial property within a leading commercial law firm
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Demonstrable track record of leading on large and complex property transactions
  • Previous experience of mentoring and developing junior solicitors within a team
  • Collaborative approach
