We are partnering with a leading commercial law firm to recruit a senior associate into their leading real estate practice. Our client can offer the opportunity to work on a broad range of real estate transactions with an impressive client base of leading Scottish, national and multinational clients. There is a clear path to partnership for the right candidate.

The Client

Our client is a leading commercial law firm who have been growing rapidly over the last few years. They have a very well-established and highly regarded real estate practice with an impressive client base across investors, developers, corporates and public sector. The practice has a strong track record of delivering some of the largest commercial property transactions in the Scottish market.

The Role

As a senior associate within the commercial property practice, you will be required to lead on a broad range of complex and high-value commercial property transactions, liaise with clients and work with the Partners to develop new client relationships and shape the future direction of the practice. You will also be required to mentor and develop junior solicitors within the team.

The Person

  • Qualified Solicitor - Scotland/England & Wales
  • 5+ years PQE gained focusing on commercial property within a leading commercial law firm
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Demonstrable track record of leading on large and complex property transactions
  • Previous experience of mentoring and developing junior solicitors within a team
  • Collaborative approach
