Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Home & Fashion store team in Telford. As a key member of our team, you will support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure highest standard of customer service
  • Achieve targets
  • Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising
  • Maximise sales through physical and digital channels
  • Support with the recruitment and development of volunteers
  • Achieve expectations within campaign activities
  • Work with the manager to generate stock
