FM Conway Ltd is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our fast-growing Aggregates and Asphalt Division. As our Territory Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales revenue growth while nurturing customer relationships for the A&A division.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage an agreed list of customer accounts from initial quotation to invoice payment, working closely with the credit control team to ensure timely resolution of any invoice queries.
- Build and maintain relationships with all relevant teams within A&A to ensure effective and efficient business operations that meet divisional targets.
- Contribute to commercial group discussions, complete weekly market reporting, monthly forecasting, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Previous sales experience, ideally from an aggregates or construction background.
- Strong customer focus, with a solid understanding of the cradle-to-grave sales process and commercial awareness.
- Ability to travel to other FM Conway and customer locations, requiring a full UK driving licence.

Our Aggregate and Asphalt division manufactures a range of high-quality products that can be adapted to suit the specific needs of our customers. We recycle highways arisings at our unique static crushing, washing, and grading plants. The Recycled Asphalt Product (RAP) is used in our local asphalt plants to supply construction sites across London and Southern England.
