We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Cygnet Nield House. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individual care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer prescribed medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and improve services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in training and continuing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the empowerment and support of service users in achieving independence.
- Current valid registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse for Learning Disabilities (RNLD).
- Strong understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983 and latest nursing practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
