About Our Client

Michael Page (UK) is partnering with a global manufacturer of branded and private label FMCG products to find a Head of Sales for their private label division.

Job Description

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a team of 9 direct reports. You will be the lead in the UK business for private label, reporting directly to head office in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage a budget of £300m and make strategic decisions to optimize sales performance.
