About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at The Calico Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders, ensuring that our operations are well-informed and financially stable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning
  • Financial Reporting and Control
    • Prepare and review financial reports, including management accounts and balance sheets
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders
  • Financial Systems and Processes
    • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Team Management and Development
    • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality financial services
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant experience in a similar role
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent financial planning and analysis skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
