About You
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor in a hotel or restaurant environment is highly desirable
  • Exposure to busy breakfast and/or events service is a plus
  • You're a flexible and intuitive individual with a talent for reading different guests and providing personalized service
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the F&B Manager to deliver 5-star service during busy breakfast, bar, and events operations
  • Support with administrative tasks, including daily reports, rota management, and team briefings
  • Show confidence in product knowledge and facilities to maximize upselling opportunities
  • Contribute to training and upskilling the team, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Be flexible and adaptable, working across breakfast, bar opening, and events to utilize your experience
