Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Lead

Join our dynamic team at Mercure London Bridge as a Food and Beverage Team Lead. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Manage inventory, stock, and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the food and beverage areas.
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a food and beverage leadership role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
