About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Lead to join our team at Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve food and beverage sales and profitability
- Collaborate with the hotel's culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs to achieve budget targets
