Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Support Agent to join our team at FedEx. As an Operations Support Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-line services, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that customers' urgent packages are delivered on time, working closely with our team to prioritize and allocate tasks.
  • Enter data into our in-house tracking system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with our team, manager, and other operations stations to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Adhere to FedEx processes, procedures, and controls, as well as regulatory requirements.

  • Good communication and social skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage own time effectively, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
