Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team at Wates Group, a leading family-owned development, building, and property maintenance company. As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in delivering planning for our reactive maintenance appointments, ensuring diaries are full and immediate attention is given to allocate work to operatives when they become free.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule works into diaries for up to 20 operatives daily, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and meeting targets.
  • Monitor the system for emergencies and manage them in a timely manner to ensure targets are met.
  • Respond to variations by seeking approval from the duty surveyor to ensure operatives can continue working on site.
  • Provide a high-quality service to our clients on a face-to-face basis.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and targets, including daily targets of a minimum of 60 allocations per day for new orders.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with relevant experience gained from working in a similar industry and environment. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
