We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Professional to join our Community Mental Health Team based in Cornwall.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing care needs and providing clinical management to a defined caseload within our Mental Health Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop care plans for individuals with mental health needs
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to staff
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, carers, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health services and policies
Requirements:
- Current professional registration with the HCPC
- Post-basic training in mental health nursing or a related field
- Extensive experience of working with mental health patients
- Ability to demonstrate clinical leadership skills
