We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Clinical Safety Officer to join our team at Public Health Wales. As a key member of our Data, Knowledge and Research Directorate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of our digital health systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement clinical safety processes to mitigate risks associated with digital health systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with clinical safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize harm to patients.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to clinical risk management processes.
- Provide training and support to staff on clinical safety best practices.
- Current professional registration with a regulatory body within Health or Social Care.
- Postgraduate diploma level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Patient Safety Investigation qualification RCA/SEIPS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
