Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead our team at our busy branch in Basingstoke.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our family-run business and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and sales skills.

As a Retail Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 and promoting the branch and our Company's product range to encourage new business.

You will also be responsible for managing, controlling, and developing the overall business of the branch to achieve sales and profit targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing stock, cash, and branch security
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Representing the Company to a wide range of customers
  • Working on your own initiative to drive business growth
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role
  • Experience of developing a team and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and drive business growth
  • Knowledge of the local area would be beneficial
