We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail branch and inspire our team to deliver exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall profitability of the branch by maximizing sales and exceeding targets
  • Enable the effective day-to-day operation of the branch and foreign exchange bureau
  • Manage, coach, and develop branch colleagues
  • Inspire customers through providing exceptional customer service
  • Develop new business leads and maximize social media to promote offers and generate customer engagement and sales
  • Oversee and support team members' performance, supporting areas for development to achieve maximum productivity and ensure colleague motivation and morale
  • Act as a figurehead within the local community, attending promotional activities and events to aid branch performance and impact
  • Assist in the recruitment of colleagues, including apprentices, and ensure their development is tailored to their talent progression
