Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead our team at our busy branch in Basingstoke.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and drive excellence.

Key responsibilities will include promoting the branch and our Company's product range to encourage new business, managing and controlling the overall business of the branch to achieve sales and profit targets, and taking responsibility for stock, cash, and branch security.

The ideal candidate will have experience of developing a team, be enthusiastic and proactive about selling, and have the ability to positively represent the Company to a wide range of customers.
