Sharps Bedrooms Limited, a leading provider of fitted bedroom furniture, is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our Eastern Regional Sales Office in Northampton. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales office, working closely with our Sales Office Manager and other administrators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Manage customer inquiries and respond to sales-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with designers, showrooms, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with sales reporting, analysis, and forecasting to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in sales administration, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
