About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales and acting as the primary point of contact for prospective house buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation: Proactively sell new homes by following up leads and booking viewing appointments.
  • Lead Management: Track and respond to all leads and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Property Showings: Showcase properties to potential clients and provide them with a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of each property.
  • Sales Process Management: Control the sales process and liaise with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and secure sales by building strong relationships with potential buyers.
  • Financial Qualification: Ensure potential buyers are financially qualified to purchase a new home.
  • CRM Management: Update internal CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in new homes sales with a residential developer.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with potential buyers and stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Personal Qualities: Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
