We are seeking a Hygiene Area Operations Leader to join our dynamic team.

Your responsibilities will include organizing and supervising the deployment of resources for scheduled and specialized cleaning throughout the facility, including:

  • Taking responsibility for departmental performance to uphold exceptional sanitation standards across the plant, including both scheduled and unscheduled cleaning tasks.
  • Ensuring the safe handling and storage of hazardous materials in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with procedural requirements to ensure robust due diligence.
  • Conducting basic maintenance checks on high-pressure cleaning equipment and performing non-electrical repairs as necessary.
  • Executing any additional reasonable tasks as requested.
  • Prioritizing personal safety and the safety of all personnel, including those potentially affected by company operations.
  • Addressing unsafe practices proactively.
  • Adhering to the responsibilities outlined in the Health and Safety policy.
  • Promoting and enforcing practices that mitigate contamination risks to products, whether physical, microbial, or chemical.
  • Reporting any non-compliance issues immediately to management for corrective action.
