We are seeking a Hygiene Area Operations Leader to become part of our #WeAreMcCain family.

Your responsibilities will include organizing and supervising the allocation of resources and personnel to execute both routine and specialized cleaning across the facility and production zones, including the internal and external cleaning of production machinery as necessary. Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking charge of departmental performance to uphold exceptional sanitation standards throughout the facility; overseeing both scheduled and unscheduled cleaning tasks for the infrastructure and related equipment.
  • Ensuring the safe handling and storage of hazardous materials in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with procedural standards to ensure thorough due diligence.
  • Conducting basic maintenance inspections on high-pressure cleaning machinery and related equipment in production areas, performing non-electrical repairs as needed.
  • Executing any additional reasonable tasks as requested.
  • Prioritizing personal safety and the safety of all personnel, including those potentially affected by company operations.
  • Addressing unsafe practices proactively.
  • Adhering to the responsibilities outlined in the Health and Safety policy.
  • Promoting and enforcing practices that mitigate all contamination risks to products, whether physical, microbial, or chemical.
  • Promptly reporting any non-compliance issues in systems or processes to management for immediate action.
