About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Operative to join our team at Branston Potatoes. As a Quality Assurance Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspecting stock prior to packing to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Organizing grading tables and graders during packing to optimize productivity
  • Checking finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
  • Analyzing stock graded off to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collating volumes tipped and packed and completing associated paperwork
  • Ensuring key equipment is working correctly to prevent downtime
Requirements
  • Reliable and quality-focused individual with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
