Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project portfolios, and driving commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client and Project Management

    • Drive commercial opportunities, identifying new business prospects and developing proposals.
    • Manage client expectations, maintaining clear communication and ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Creative Direction
    • Provide creative direction and guidance to internal teams, ensuring projects meet client expectations.
    • Develop and implement creative concepts, working closely with designers and artists to bring ideas to life.
  • Financial and Commercial Management
    • Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and margins are maintained.
    • Develop and implement commercial strategies, identifying new revenue streams and opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal teams, including designers, artists, and production staff, to ensure seamless project delivery.
    • Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, creative direction, and commercial awareness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
