We are seeking a Lead Cost Consultant to join a highly esteemed tier 1 contractor known for delivering exceptional building and infrastructure projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Cost Consultant, you will:
- Oversee the financial management of a significant office block project valued at £20 million, ensuring all costs are effectively controlled from project initiation through to completion.
- Manage the procurement process, which includes tendering, negotiation, and contract management.
- Utilize your expertise in various contract types to ensure compliance and minimize potential risks.
- Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, handling procurement, payment requests, and resolving any disputes that may arise.
