Our client in the Dorking area is seeking a Body Shop Advisor to handle customer service duties for their family-run business. This role requires excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, and comfort with phone interactions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, as this position demands it.

Responsibilities
  • Taking customer bookings and liaising with insurance companies, workshop staff, and management.
  • Handling phone, email, and in-person enquiries.
  • Daily use of job cards and correct filing and completion of paperwork.
Requirements
  • Experience in the automotive Body Shop sector is preferred.
  • Motor trade service advisor experience is helpful.
  • Customer service experience is essential.
  • Competence and organization on the admin side are required.
Benefits
  • Basic salary of £30,000.
  • Bonus scheme worth up to £8,000 per year.
  • Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays.
