Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cottage Maintenance Assistant to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our Holidays Operation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our holiday cottages are clean, well-presented, and welcoming for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

On change-over days, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing the cottage for our guests. This will include:

  • Ensuring the cottage is clean and tidy, with all amenities in good working order
  • Replacing any broken items from our store supplies
  • Reporting any repairs or maintenance issues to our team
