About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Holidays team in Exeter. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our holiday cottages operation across South Devon.

This is a permanent, part-time position, working 15 hours per week across 3 days, with some weekend and bank holiday working required on a rota basis. You will be responsible for supporting the Holidays Manager and Assistant Managers in the area to deliver an efficient, effective, and flexible service.

You will assist in coordinating maintenance work and repairs to ensure our cottages look their best for our guests and that all of our guest materials are up to date. You will also support with the delivery of Health and Safety compliance and be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Holidays Manager and Assistant Managers in the area to deliver an efficient, effective, and flexible service
  • Assist in coordinating maintenance work and repairs to ensure our cottages look their best for our guests
  • Support with the delivery of Health and Safety compliance
  • Be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety
