Contract Details:

Role Overview:

The Genesys Implementation Specialist will be responsible for:

  1. Grasping the fundamentals of Genesys Cloud Email and Web Messaging, including standard Messenger integration, Salesforce Connector integration across all channels (email, chat, voice), and Dynamics Connector integration for all channels (voice, email, chat).
  2. Possessing knowledge of Javascript coding to guide client website development teams in utilizing the Genesys Web Messenger SDKs for various integration scenarios, including Authenticated Web Messaging when necessary.
  3. Quickly identifying the distinctions between scoped integrations and additional scope, flagging them as potential change requests.
  4. Independently managing and driving Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for integrations, particularly CRM integration scenarios that necessitate customization. This includes coordinating and managing PoC scope with various stakeholders, establishing success criteria, performing hands-on Genesys configuration as needed, tracking technical progress against success criteria, and preparing change responses with effort estimates to transition PoC to a Work Order.
  5. Having an intermediate level of familiarity with Genesys Cloud configuration, particularly in areas such as Architect Flows, Web Messaging configurations, and Genesys Cloud Email configurations.
  6. Engaging in technical and intermediate-level business discussions with client stakeholders regarding integrations.
